My friends are coming into town this weekend for some promotional thing for Coors Light(they are the "coors Light Twins"). It's in NH so they have invited myself and my girlfriend to tag along with them- a limo would pick us up here, drive us to NH, my girlfriend and I would hang out(play some pool-have a cocktail or 2 )and then limo ride home. Their "appearance" is over at 10:00 so we would head home right after. We should be home around 11:30 or so. I'm not sure I want to go!!! It sounds like fun but I'm so out of the nightlife scene that part of me is not interested!! 11:30 seems like 4am to me!! LOL
Someone please tell me WHEN DID I GET TO BE SO OLD!!!!!!!

Sounds like fun. You should go. It's not like it something you could do EVERY weekend. (I know what you mean about being late). I used to go OUT at 10 p.m. for the night instead of come home.

Just make sure to take a nap that afternoon and you should be fine. Have fun!!!

I understand the late end of it but if someone else is driving and it is only til around 11:30 I would jump at the chance. GO...have fun and sleep in an extra hour the next day!!!

It's not the day of I'm worried about it's the day AFTER! LOL I have my nieces dance recital the next day and I don't want to be sleeping through it!! LOL

Oh, man, I am feeling the same way lately. I was sitting watching the absolute trash on TV last night and thought, why the heck am I sitting here, I could be sleeping, so I was in bed asleep by 9:30 pm last night.

Its called being a MOM - not being old. I didn't start to feel normal for a year and a half after my son was born. You are only on month seven of your SECOND! I think I only felt like socializing after 9 pm at night a few months ago. Now I pay dearly for it when I do. I am watch checking continuously after 10, though, thinking how much longer do I need to keep this farce up until its cool for me to go home to bed!

I do think you should go - how much fun you are going to have! I loved the last time I got to go out for a night in a limo - it made the night that much cooler and its even better being out with a lot of girfriends because you can act all silly in the limo. We were wearing blond Marilyn wigs sticking our heads out the sunroof yelling, "We're in a Limo" to anyone we passed by - yeah, didn't we just scream townies, huh? But it was FUN! We went to all the most elite bars in Philly and didn't worry about driving. It was awesome and I would love to do it again. I would even suck it up and leave the watch at home! I never get to do stuff like that anymore.
