I'm taking off my moderating hat...........

I've been wearing it since October '99 and it is time to take it off!

It's been quite a journey since October 1999 when the first UK DIS board was created but ......... the good news is I'm not going to reminisce ....... and the bad news is that I won't be far away (and I am really looking forward to the SW DIS meet next month).

I really don't know how to finish this post ........ so I'll just say that's all folks - see you on the boards !

I hope this doesn't mean you won't ever be in chat. If it does, I'll be crying in my soup LOL. I will really miss you . I've really enjoyed getting to know you. In fact, because of your friendliness, I have always felt welcomed on the UK boards and in the UK chat room.

Even though I've never met you, I feel like if we did meet, keeping up a conversation would not be a problem ..... although we might not understand each other LOL!

I still remember those days when I first joined the DIS and "met" you and Janice and then I got to meet you both for real and that was superb.

Like others you and Janice were the first cyber friends I made on here.Then getting to meet you both 'in the flesh',I found two of the nicest,kindest most genuine women I have ever met
