I finally made an appointment to see a nutritionist for weight loss counseling!!!
My appointment is for 12/23...since we're going to WDW in a few weeks, I knew I wouldn't be able to follow her plan exactly now without having a full kitchen (and some extra time) available to me.
I was hoping for an early January appointment, but she nicely advised me that her fees are going up after 1/1, so I'm going to meet with her 12/23 and then begin in January.
Please WISH me luck. I am the point of total frustration. I have a good 30 pounds to lose!! I want to be able to buy much smaller shorts by the summer season!!!

I love new tips and tricks!!! Have a GREAT trip!!! I, too, have a good 30 pounds to lose...getting cracking this week...each week lower than the next...that's my mantra!
