I'm so excited - add another day to my ressie!

I have a reservation for Oct at AKL with the 40% off discount. Added park tickets and dining.

Then when booking airfare I found the best deal to be a day earlier, so I called and tried to add a day to my reservation. The CM I spoke to said they could not because I had the discount code. I asked if guest relations could help and she said - no she had tried others with this discount and they could not help.

Well I booked 1 night at an allstar - but really want the package with dining. So today I tried again and the CM said - ah you have a discount code let me check with guest relations - so I was on hold for awhile and lo and behold they could add the day with the discount.

I'm so happy........

SO Glad this worked out for you.. I'm actually delighted. Most people who have needed to do this have had terrific success with Guest Services being able to help out with these kinds of requests.

A little trick I do when calling and speaking with CM's, when you call ALWAYS press #1 stating you will take the survey, it has NEVER failed me as far as getting great service, the two times I did not, were the two times I got CM's that did not want to help or just didn't care and one that was down right rude, so I just press #1 and they seem a whole lot more helpful
