I'm perplexed, confused and bewildered...

I had a dream last night that we were on our DVC vacation but we weren't staying at the Boardwalk our home resort, we were at Old Key West! Now why would I dream that when OKW is not even in the picture for our next trip (I'm trying to choose between WLV and BW). Any insight to this puzzling situation?

Perhaps the little guy in your brain who loads up dreams hasn't had a vacation since 1992, when 'Disney Vacation Club Dream' would have meant OKW, and he got a little confused...

Ha-ha guys! Actually I've stayed 4 days at BW and 1 night at OKW (both studios) so I actually wasn't at OKW long enough to appreciate anything. I've never stayed at WLV - but have been over to the big pool at the WL. When we go our baby will be about a year old so I'm considering BW because its our home and WLV because of close proximity to the MK. I haven't considered OKW because it seems so far away from everything and I don't want to take buses to every park. Somebody help me!

If you plan to mostly do MK, then VWL is a good choice since you are a boat ride away. If you want MGM/EPCOT, then BWV is a good choice. I guess you have to decide what you and hubby want to do as I don't see a 1y/o caring which park they are in. For character photo ops with your baby, you've got toontown, the trailers in MGM, AK picture place, character breakfasts, any character greetings going on in the parks and the caravan. When your baby is older, I'd see a need to stay closer to MK but the cuteness of MK is for you and Dad now. 3-7 are cool ages to watch your children in MK....spruce

BWV's gets my vote.....We love to people watch. I wish my DD was one again (she will be 4 by our next trip). Ahhhh to be walking on the Boardwalk w/ her in her carriage snds wonderful!! The convenience of the boats to Epcot and MGM after her nap for a quick bite and a parade. OK now I'm depressed and April seems like FOREVER!!
