We have a current room only reservation in my sisters name. I can find an AP rate (I have the AP) online that covers our dates but twice I have called CRO and they keep telling me that no APrate is available. I am looking online at the same time and there are several resorts available. The can't seem to figure out why they show no availability on their end. I do not want to start a new reservation, we have tickets attached an tomorrow is our Fastpass day. Is it possible to keep the room only but get the rate switched to AP?
