I'm gonna napalm my keyboard

At some point in the recent past, Apple decided to go clever-clever and bundle their laptops with a new type of keyboard. Except they soon became infamous for breaking! Now I have three buttons that have literally fallen out and whilst two have gone pack in, they're still very loose... and my "r" key is IMPOSSIBLE to type with! I have to hammer it three or four times every time I type with it or it just doesn't work Off to the "Genius" bar I go tomorrow!
