Do people have their Christmas lights up yet? We put some of ours up Sunday. But we don't have the right plugs for the candy cane yard stakes.

Our tree is up (so is DS's) and we have lights in our front window. A few years ago I tried to put some outside, but the outlet couldn't handle it. Haven't tried since.

I have pretty much lost my voice. I am low talking at work just so that I dont hack up my lungs while I'm there but by the time I get home I sound like a man who has been smoking for 150 years.

My night was crazy last night! I had a dr. appt, well procedure (CT/Xray) then picked up my kids, then dropped them back off to go take pictures at a HS girls basketball game. It was a bit of a drive, and I had forgotten how there is NOTHING in the neighboring county to block wind and snow drifts (very rural area). I felt like my car was going to blow right off the road!

My tree is up and many of my neighors have all there lawn decorations up. It really looks pretty. I am going to check out Amazon for some of there deals. All, have a good day!

I think I may have upped stock prices for both!

I still have no voice and what little I do have gets used up at work since I have to talk to people as part of my job. I am on my way to the Dr tomorrow morning to see if there is anything I can take since I am pretty sure the cough has turned into bronchitis.

I haven't done anything almost for the trip yet. I'll pack tomorrow. We are packing super light so it should only take me about an hour to get everything ready for the 3 of us and the dog.

I am resurfacing to the living. I have been doing battle with a gastrointestinal thing that does not wish to vacate. I thought I was better Saturday, but started feeling puny again this a.m.--not as bad as I felt on Thursday, but not terrific either. The bug has also bitten my husband. We are persevering though.

I hope we are both better soon. I hate wasting a weekend being sick!
