We are spending the day at EPCOT, then we have an Illuminations cruise booked. I am looking for advice/options to get back to our car in the main EPCOT parking lot from the Yacht Club. Will we be able to get back in through the Int. Gateway after the cruise?

Ask the boat captain. He may offer to drop you off at the Intl Gateway on the way back to YC. We were staying at a non-Epcot resort when we did our IllumiNations cruise. We were able yo hop off and get back in using the gateway.
