Illuminations cruise dining recommendations

Hi! Hoping to book an Illuminations viewing cruise for my group of 8 in December. We are on the DDP. An't thoughts as to a good 1TS restaurant to eat at beforehand? We're all adults and have no strict dietary restrictions. Dad has some mobility issues, so we'll need time to get around. Obviously, we're looking in the Epcot area, but should I look at anything at the Boardwalk, etc? Thank you!

We LOVE Cape May and ate there before our Illuminations cruise, it was perfect. We got done a little early and explored the BW while we waited to check in to our cruise.

Flying Fish and Yachtsman's are great but they are 2 credits and I think OP asked about 1 TS restaurants
