ILL Availability for Tron at Night?

We're heading to MK in a few weeks and planned to ride Tron at night during extended evening hours. Disney isn't offering the EEH now for the day/week we're going to be there so my question is how fast do the nighttime ILLs go? We want to ride it when it's dark out (and not miss the fireworks) so I was thinking in the 9-10 PM window. I'll be on the app at 7 AM to book the ILL... should I have a decent shot at getting something after 9 PM?

Based on Thrill-Data, ILL$ For Tron normally sell out shortly after 9AM. I would anticipate that the ILL$ for evening hours when it is dark, the window to purchase is extremely small as that’s the most desired time to ride. I would anticipate those times fill extremely quickly.
