We are staying at CBR from 11/4-11/12 What location would you request? We have stayed there once before the year before last and stayed in Trinidad North (Perfect location!!) Well now that it's a "preferred" location and costs extra. I would like to know from everyone else what building would be the next best thing.

When my husband and I stayed at CBR in 2002, Aruba was the recommended building. We really loved it because a bus stop was located practically outside of our door. We really loved Aruba.

We stayed at Martinique bldg. 25 (a preferred location) and loved it! Safetymom has lots of info about CBR. You should follow this link http://disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=568915. In the first post, you'll notice she has other links that will be helpful to you. I used her knowledge to help decide where we should stay. HTH!

You didn't say if you drive or take the bus. If you take the bus, you'll want to be near Port Royale. It is a heck of a long, long walk from, say, Trinidad South. And waiting on the bus takes a long time. If you'll be driving, I don't think it matters much.

We will be bussing it. Actually I have looked at Safetymoms thread but I just wanted some first hand suggestions. We loved Trinidad North but I would prefer to not pay any more than I have to.

I think the preferred locations are worth the money over having a water view. Jamaica or Aruba seems to be the popular locations if not staying in preferred.
