I know the age recommendations but if you have a child that will not eat what is on the regular menu, have you been able to substitute something else? My "adult" children are 10 and 12 but they look at that menu and go yuck.

We had the entire table of 8. 4 adults and 4 kids, 7,7,12,12,. My son's menu was taylor made for him. We just took the DwI menu and the regular menu and made a few changes to some entrees. We all enjoyed our food. It was the best experience!!! You will love it. Try to get the entire meal to yourself and get friends to go with you.

They weren't my kids, but there were two young men at my Lunch with an Imagineer. One - about 12 - had no problem ordering from the childrens' menu. In fact, I think one of the adults at the table did, too. Note that there is no separate pricing.

If I may dispute the above advice - it can be extremely (i.e. more) interesting when you don't have the whole table. Other Guests may have questions you never thought of, but about which you're excited to learn the answers.

Another possible drawback might be that as a group who all know each other, you may find yourself conversing with one another more than with the Imagineer.

We also received two calls before the event to ask us about any specific menu questions we had from a CM and then a Brown Derby Chef. It was very nice having the Private Bamboo Room for just our party.

Each person (even the children) had a question they had prepared before the meal. They also then each had a question that just came up. We gave the IM time to just talk about what he thought we might be interested in. He told us many things that he thought would be of special interest to just our party after he got to know us a bit. He stayed way past the scheduled time. It was well worth our time and money, since our party had been to DW very often and done most of the other tours.

During our next visit to the Brown Derby the staff remembered us and we requested the same server who we adored. Again this is a great event!

Great, I will definitely stick with this. There are only four of us- two adults and the two boys. What is the limit on the number of people? I'm so excited about this now.

Supposedly eight people, but there is an additional, smaller table available in the room - possibly in case of more Guests.
