If you do not like the new on board booking policy you need to let DCL know how you feel.
If you are sailing soon the best thing you can do is to put it on the comment card you will receive at the end of the cruise. DCL reads those cards and if enough guest express their unhappiness maybe the will modify the policy.
Remember when they tried to change the alcohol policy guests are allowed to bring on board? Enough people spoke up and they changed it back quickly.
I understand they may need to have a policy in place but I think 25 months is fair. Some guests like to sail every other Easter or Thanksgiving and those holiday dates change so we need some wiggle room.
