How would we get there? We are staying at the Contemporary.

The Institute has been closed for ages,I believe.
Maybe try the Grand Floridian Spa...a monorail ride away from the Contempoary.

The Spa is still open. I would pick the one hour Sweedish. They do a great job but they also do a great job at the GF too. I believe the GF is a little more expensive.

I havent had a massage since I was in the Navy over in Japan, but it was gooood

Just had one in October at the Institute - it was fabulous. Go to Guest services at your resort and explain that you have an appointment at the spa. They will call for a cab and the Institute will pick up the bill. The spa will then get you a cab for the return trip.

Ditto on the cab- DH had a massage at the DI a month ago. POFQ called a cab for him and DI got one for the return.
By the way, DH uses Susan Roach each time he gets a massage- apparently she is excellent!
