I was at K-Mart yesterday while Emma was at preschool. I was in the back where they had the Christmas display set-up and noticed they had a clearance section out where the garden stuff usually is. So I go check it out & they had their Halloween costumes 90% off. I got Emma a "Gabrielle" red dress from HSM for $2.49. It is a size 8, but I figured she could wear it as dress-up. She had wanted to be Gabrielle or Sharpay for Halloween but I told her no way since it was too cold. So, now she's getting it for Christmas.

That's an amazing deal!!!!!! Emma is going to love it! Now onto finding the dreaded Bakugans.

I love our list of restaurants! Fingers crossed that we get all the ressies we want!

Me too! I haven't been to most of them. We've only been to Tony's and 'Ohana and I chose those out of pure tradition.

Bakugan is some stupid new game that some toy maker has decided to make to torment mothers of boys. I really don't know too much about it other than the fact that my boys have decided they want some for Christmas and I can't find the starter kits. They are sold out everywhere I look. Apparently they are one of the "hot toys" this year. I think they are along the same lines as Pokemon & Yu-Gi-Oh.

There are revamping their system that will eventually include the ability to make ADRs online but until it's complete, we are screwed!

Hey my darling friends, hope you're all having a good weekend.

Thanks for the and for my interview on Friday. Unfortunately I think I would need the powers of Merlin himself to get anywhere with that particular interview. In the letter it stated that there would be a 10min interview and 10min typing test...the last time I had a ten min interview it was for a saturday job in a shoe shop when I was 16, they didn't even ask me to do the typing test after the interview . I have a feeling there is a name in the frame for the job and that this was a paper moving exercise because of procedures...obviously they didn't even want to waste too much time moving the papers . I've got another interview on Tuesday but it's for the district council child protection dept. and the council is nototious for interviewing for jobs they already have people lined up for...it's harder to get in there than CRT in the middle of summer .

Anyway thanks for the support gals.

I'm sorry about the interview. I hate when companies interview when they already know who they are going to hire. It just seems so unfair to all involved and what a waste of your time! We are interviewing for social workers....I could put in a good word for you.

I know something fabby will come your way!!!!
