Oh I never worked in London, too dirty :rotfl2: but my DSis does! I just went onto the rail website and a day return to London would cost about $60!!!!!

It really does go fast and as much as everyone tells you it does, we never listen :rotfl2:

$60 for a day? How many kilometers is that? Lookee, I'm all UK and metric! :cool1: :rotfl2:

bevily, Jo is right. It does go by so fast. It must be universal that no one believes that until it's gone by too fast. :confused3

Errr Jenny we don't use KM's we use miles :rotfl2: And I just googled it and we're only 30 miles from central London, can't believe we're that close and only go about once a year :rotfl2:

And just when I thought I was all UKish! :rotfl2: :lmao: Bloody hell! :cool1: 30 miles is close. That's about how far we are from Salt Lake City.

309 days until WDW!!!! ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo pluto: :tinker: pooh: :eeyore: :mickeybar :smickey:

37 days until Jellystone with Jenna et al!!!! paw: :snail: :squirrel:

71 days until Disneyland!!!! I hope............. :goofy: :mickeyjum :donald: :ccat:

Only 308 days until Mickey Head calendar time!!!! :woohoo:

There have been a few minor changes:

Now because LTT is not having characters, it's unlikely we'll dine there. :sad1:

The cruise is off the table for good. Jenna and I are both totally fine with it. We chatted about it yesterday and it just won't work this trip.

Nasa is launching on of the space shuttles while we are there, that Friay, so we are going to deviate from WDW :scared1: and check it out. It seems like such a once in a lifetime opportunity (Utah doesn't launch anything) so we are going to go for it. :thumbsup2 I think everyone will really enjoy it. It's midway through the trip so it might be a welcome break not for me of course ;)

Even without the cruise, Jenna et al might stay the entire trip. :cool1: Feel free to put on a little peer pressure!

61 days until Disneyland!!!! I hope............. :goofy: :mickeyjum :donald: :ccat:

:cool1: Tomorrow I can make our PS for the Blue Bayou in Disneyland!!!! I think that's the only meal we are going to spluge on, the rest will be CS.

Jenny no cruise means more WDW time and more WDW $ right, so all good :thumbsup2 :rotfl2:

BTW I miss Kirsteen

::yes:: That's exactly what it means! :cool1: Jenna is super good with ditching the cruise too. I hope they decided to be a poor parent like me and allow the kids to miss a little more school and stay with us. :rotfl2:

BTW I miss Kirsteen

::yes:: I do too and hope she's enjoying her vacay. And I miss Jenna. She knows we are waiting for her trippie. They got to drop the kids off at her in-laws again for the week so she has no good reason for not being here unless she's being productive or something. :rotfl: I know they are going to repaint the boys room but that's not until Sunday. I can't wait to see them in a little over a month! :thumbsup2

Anything fun planned for the weekend?

307 days until WDW!!!! ::MinnieMo ::MickeyMo pluto: :tinker: pooh: :eeyore: :mickeybar :smickey:

60 days until Disneyland!!!! I hope............. :goofy: :mickeyjum :donald: :ccat:

PS for the Blue Bayou officially made. I forgot how fabulous it feels to plan for Disneyland. WDW is just so much bigger and I am less familiar with it so it takes up the majority of my planning time. The Disneyland trip is not set in stone but...................pirate:

I am very tired today. I stayed up late with my Az friend and her kids. We watched Lars and the Real Girl. :thumbsup2 It was really good and well worth seeing so if you are looking for a good movie, I'd go for it.

Had to wake up at 5:30 to get my Canadian friend and her family to the airport. I miss them so much already. The kids and I took my mutha to lunch which was actually not completely painful. :confused3 Odd, I know. Then we had to run up to the hospital to give DH is phone. He's on the helicopter today. I still have to run to Walmart and then our Az friends are coming back to say goodbye. Two goodbyes to 2 really good friends makes me sad!

Hope you are all having a nice weekend! :goodvibes

It's close to that. I am giving the girl who picks me up from the Woods Cross station $10 a week. It's on our way to work but it doesn't feel right not giving her anything. There is no busline from the station to the hospital so my other options would be to walk 17 blocks :rotfl: or get off the train in Farmington and take the bus to the hospital. Neither one sound appealing. Our CEO and SDCH's CEO are working feverishly with UTA to have them put in a busline. Keep your fingers crossed. And ::yes:: my road rage is almost nil. ;)

That's great that you've got someone to pick you up at the station. What a nice, relaxing, cheap setup you have! :teeth: I hope you get that busline!

Now I am going to have an earworm of Steve Perry all day. :lmao:
Glad I could help! ;) Have you heard about Journey's new singer?

3 months? :scared1: OMGosh, that went fast!!! Feel free to send new pics, he's adorable!!! :cutie:
Thanks! I'll send you a pic when I get some more uploaded.

You are definitely in planning overdrive! We're looking into staying in a villa next year also. They'll be 5 adults and 2 kids, so we want a kitchen and SPACE!

The shuttle launch sounds exciting. I wouldn't want to miss that either.

The Poly is GREAT! We love it. It's so tropical and relaxing. AKL and WL look amazing also! And the FW Cabins seem like lots of fun.
I'm excited to hear about all of these fun DVC trips. I love the Poly, too. I've never stayed there, but it's at the top of my wishlist!

It really does go fast and as much as everyone tells you it does, we never listen :rotfl2:
I know, it scares me a bit. I'm eager to watch him grow up, but he's such a cute baby! How old are your kids?

There have been a few minor changes:

Now because LTT is not having characters, it's unlikely we'll dine there. :sad1:

That is sad! I thought it had the best character interaction of the three character meals we did. And the food was really kid-friendly.

Utah's got to lauch something. New flavors of Jell-O? Giant SUVs? Once my cousin launched a bottle rocket and it landed in my hair. :rolleyes1

I love that movie! It's very sweet, in kind of an odd way. Ryan Gosling does a great job in it.

Sorry I've been away for a while. It turns out I have to have gallbladder surgery next week, so that will be a blast.

On a better note, DH and I were talking with my family about a possible WDW trip in the near future. We're thinking MAYBE December of 08 or 09. That gives me something to look forward to!

Have a great night!

:wave2: Hi Bevily. Sorry I missed you last night.

That's great that you've got someone to pick you up at the station. What a nice, relaxing, cheap setup you have! :teeth: I hope you get that busline!

It really is! She licks me up and then we drop her two boys at school. They are adorable. :cutie:

I know, it scares me a bit. I'm eager to watch him grow up, but he's such a cute baby! How old are your kids?

It's funny we wish for them to reach their milestones and then when they do, it's bittersweet. I was the biggest baby. Cried when all 3 of them starting walking.

That is sad! I thought it had the best character interaction of the three character meals we did. And the food was really kid-friendly.

It's Jenna's favorite. It looks like we'll do 'Ohana with Lilo and Stitch instead and maybe another one. :confused3 Any ideas?

:rotfl2: You poor thing, did you throttle him?

I love that movie! It's very sweet, in kind of an odd way. Ryan Gosling does a great job in it.

I love how the entire town is supportive! It's so heartwarming. I think the woman who played the SIL did a terrific job! :thumbsup2

This December? Wowzers, best get planning!!!!! You've passed your ADR mark! :hyper:

Today I am making our annual trip to Lagoon. For all those but Bevily and Winkers: www.lagoonpark.com I can only handle it once a year. I know that seems strange coming for a Disney lover but I think that's why; it's not Disney. It's way overpriced and a tad dirty. But I am going with an open heart and the fact that I scored tickets for $10 plus tax vs the $39.95 that they usually are, helps. :thumbsup2

How old are your kids?
Ellie was 10 in May and Jessica will be 12 on Wednesday :faint:

Oh no, how long is the op? How long to recover? Hope it goes OK :flower3:

Hi!!! How are you this Sunday morning?

Your trips are getting closer!!!

Ellie was 10 in May and Jessica will be 12 on Wednesday :faint:

Oh no, how long is the op? How long to recover? Hope it goes OK :flower3:

Did you have fun?

 Hi ladies. May I just say that Lagoon is an episode of Cops waiting to happen? :rotfl2: There is no shortage of muscle tees, mullets, rat tails on infants, or boxers showing. :lmao: Seriously. It is beyond painful. And not much cheaper than Disney. :faint: After 9 hours I threw in the towel. My kids are still there with my SIL. My friend said: I thought you loved amusement parks? :confused3 I said: No, I love Disney parks. :cloud9: Disney is truly in a class of it's own. :thumbsup2

Hi folks, just got back yesterday afternoon and I can't believe the bold Jenna has still not posted her TR......hey girlie put your man down and start typing;)

Against all odds we had a fantastic holiday, the weather was a bit mixed but a lot more good weather than bad We did tons of activities and I've rediscovered what a truely stunning country Scotland is:love: ....that said 348 DAYS UNTIL WDW BAYBEEEE:woohoo: It's good and bad to be home Gairloch was a complete escape from reality (and believe me reality is pretty $hit just now:sad2: ) but you can't beat your own bed, a nice long bubble bath and a bit of Dis-ing:cloud9: . I've taken loads of picies to bore you all with :rotfl: ...don't worry we'll leave that 'till another time;)

No packing yet Kirsteen :rotfl2: I've got a week and a half at my Dad's before I go so will need to pack for that first :rotfl:

BTW exactly a month till WDW :yay:

:cool1: WooHoo!!!!!!! I am so excited for you!!!!

:thumbsup2 Of course you should be packing stuff away! What have you bought?

:wave2: It's funny we wish for them to reach their milestones and then when they do, it's bittersweet. I was the biggest baby. Cried when all 3 of them starting walking.
I totally get that! I'm so excited for him to roll over, but when I think about him being big enough to roll over, I get sad. I'll probably be the same way when he walks.

It's Jenna's favorite. It looks like we'll do 'Ohana with Lilo and Stitch instead and maybe another one. :confused3 Any ideas?
The other two character meals we did were the Ohana breakfast and lunch at CRT. Breakfast was yummy, but there wasn't a lot of character interaction. We saw lots of characters at the castle, but the food was just OK and it definitely wasn't worth 2 TS credits.

What happened? When is your surgery? :goodvibes
I've been having these painful attacks since the baby was born. I didn't know what it was, but I had an ultrasound Friday, and it turns out I've got gallstones. The surgery's tomorrow, but it's outpatient, so I won't be in the hospital too long.

This December? Wowzers, best get planning!!!!! You've passed your ADR mark! :hyper:
This December was tossed around (and I'd love to see John O'Hurley do the Candlelight Processional--weird, I know:confused3 ), but if we go for the holidays, it will probably be in 09.

Ellie was 10 in May and Jessica will be 12 on Wednesday :faint:
How fun! Do you have cool birthday plans for Jessica?

Oh no, how long is the op? How long to recover? Hope it goes OK :flower3:

:thanks: The surgery won't be that long, but I'll have about a week of recovery time. :headache:

:rotfl: Truer words were never written! I read this to DH, and we both agree 100%!
