Crowd levels

I'm surprised how busy it was this weekend...its suppose to be the calm before the storm...but mostly it was normal busy with no events

I'm not going until the holidays start but most other parks are pretty empty right now...once again showing Disney is just the king and no matter how much they raise prices people come

I was there yesterday (Sunday) and it was blissful. Wait times were a fraction of what was posted and I could actually walk in a straight line through Adventureland.
Thats good to hear, I was going mostly off the wait times and it seemed normal

But I'm glad Disney does lie and go higher, it just makes it nicer to get in a 40 min line and take under 30 mins vs at some other parks when it says 15 mins and you end up waiting an hour

MK reservations were unavailable in the days leading up to Friday and Sunday. I didn’t check the day of. But I guess the non-MK crowds they were expecting didn’t show. MK are not available today or tomorrow, or for Fridays and Sundays into Dec, so they must still be anticipating large crowds.

Looks like LLMP sold out today. I was in meetings all morning so I am not sure if it was immediately sold out (like we saw last month) or if it sold out after a few hours. But I'm thinking today is probably even worse than normal Mondays with a lot of people having tomorrow off. I'm sure many people were smart (unlike me, lol) and took today off!

I hope it doesn't sell out quickly when we go. My sister has a 4-day pass with LLMP but since I have a MK, I have to take my chances. It would be a bummer if she has it but can't use it because it's sold out and I won't be able to get it.

What’s going on tomorrow for people to take off work? Speculation is that Disney is filing its Christmas programming today and tomorrow and thus limited the number of people in the park.

Tomorrow is Veteran's Day which is a holiday for most schools. A lot of people will take off from work, and some people will have the day as a paid holiday.

Saturday and Sunday weren’t bad but today (Monday November 10) is very crowded! It’s Veteran’s Day weekend and many California schools have 4-day weekends. DH and I both work for schools so we took the opportunity to take a trip down here with our adult son. The security and ticket lines were backed up further than I’ve ever seen them this morning. Ride wait times are high right now. My son has a DAS so we’re carefully booking what he wants to ride to keep his wait times manageable. We’re also taking advantage of mobile ordering to make meals easier. We don’t let crowds stop us!

What does "filing its Christmas programming" mean? It isn't something that can be done when the parks are closed?

Thank you! I’m a moron, it wasn’t even an hour ago I texted my dad to remind him to get his free INO meal tomorrow for. Veteran’s Day!
Hey, it happens! But yeah, I work for a UC and we have the day off tomorrow. I am pretty sure that state workers and maybe county workers have the day off as well. And of course for most (all?) schools it is a holiday.
