:thumbsup2 LOVE it. I am determined to try Le Cellier!
DH still raves about his steak there. I loved the tomato appetizer, the sour apple freeze, and the cream cheese mashed potatoes (although I have been able to make my own potatoes at home that I think are pretty close!). The bread is quite yummy, too.

 Please let me know how Narcoossee's is, the menu looks fab!
I agree! That's the one place I really want to go if ever we get free dining again :faint:

Jo, you're going to have a blast with all of that eating and meeting! And driving in the U.S. for the first time -- where are you driving to?

I am so stinkin' jealous! :crazy2: That sounds like so much fun! I will be checking out your pre-trippie for sure! I loved free dining last year, but morning sickness destroyed my palate quite a bit.
The pre-trippe is a joint one so pretty hard to keep up with but we'd love to see you :goodvibes

Are you trying any new places this time? Which of these are old favorites?

Done before - Le Cellier, Crystal Palace, Kona (I've been but family haven't), Teppan Edo and Coral Reef

New ones - Sci Fi Lunch, 1900 Park Fare Dinner, 'OHanas breakfast (done dinner), Biergarten, Beaches & Cream, Narcoossee’s and Whispering Canyon Cafe (worried about this one as heard lots of bad reviews lately, tried to change but couldn't!)

I'm so excited for you! :cheer2:
Thanks :goodvibes

58 GBs in one place? :faint: ;)
No it's the Biergarten meet :rotfl2: But actually I think there might be that many UK DISers, we're meeting for a drink at Rose and Crown in the UK :rotfl2:

Are you getting the hopper option on your tickets?
Yep we have 14 day ultimate tickets which are only available to the UK market and basically for 14 days we can go to any park including water parks and DQ and we can hop :thumbsup2

:scared1: Where are you going shopping?
One of the outlets, a golf shop (Edwin Watts???) and either Target or Walmart or both, any suggestions?

:lmao: A DIS meet in bathing suits?
I know :rotfl2: It's going to be PrincessV, Lauralee131, CMP111, I think puggymom and a few others, I did a meet at SSR pool last year and the kids had a fantastic time, we have agreed no photos below waist level :rotfl2:

Okay so this is the BIG DIS meet?
Yep :rotfl2:

 Please let me know how Narcoossee's is, the menu looks fab!
Will do, I know David will be having the lobster, Jess and I the steak and Ellie will be using her 2 adult DDP credits on chicken strips, good job it's free :rotfl:

Another meet? You are quite the social :butterfly
This is with more Fockers, mainly the same ones but Tanya90210 can't make the big meet so we're doing a mini one for her :thumbsup2

I don't see any real golf? :confused3 Le cellier twice? is it that fabby?

Nope no real golf this time, we're there for the parks and the only way I could get David to go back to WDW was to agree to Le C twice :lmao:

I am so jealous too!!! ::yes::
:goodvibes

Jo, you're going to have a blast with all of that eating and meeting! And driving in the U.S. for the first time -- where are you driving to?
We're hiring a car for the day from the Dolphin (got a deal including everything plus tank of gas for just over $50 :thumbsup2 last years taxi to Fl Mall cost $80 return!) so we're then just driving to a few shops!!!!!

Sounds fabulous! :cloud9:

I have tried to keep up but it moves so quickly. :surfweb:

:thumbsup2 Gotcha! Did you say a drink, as in one? :rotfl2:

Yep we have 14 day ultimate tickets which are only available to the UK market and basically for 14 days we can go to any park including water parks and DQ and we can hop :thumbsup2

:cool1: Awesome! I asked because it seems you aren't hopping all that much.

One of the outlets, a golf shop (Edwin Watts???) and either Target or Walmart or both, any suggestions?

Walmart is cheaper but Target is better!

But you've met them so that's good. I would nevah meet for the first time wearing my swimsuit. :scared1:

:lovestruc Sounds wonderful. I loved the Cal Grill but would like to try another 2 TS.

Nope no real golf this time, we're there for the parks and the only way I could get David to go back to WDW was to agree to Le C twice :lmao:

:rotfl2: But how neat that golf is his real life?! :thumbsup2

:cool1: Awesome! I asked because it seems you aren't hopping all that much.
Because we're there for 14 days or as we say a fortnight ;) I have written down the best parks for that day and my ADR's and we go where we want, but we don't have to race around so much as we are having 12 whole days at the parks!

:rotfl2: But how neat that golf is his real life?! :thumbsup2
I actually play way more than he does, he has to earn the $ by teaching so that I can play :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

I'll probably do a little lurking, but I'll definitely be checking it out! :thumbsup2

I hope that Whispering Canyon turns around. The concept sounds so fun, but the reviews haven't been great lately. :sad2:
Breakfast at O'Hana is fabulous! The character interaction wasn't as good as some of the others, but the food is yummy! I would have stayed all day and let them bring me potatoes and tasty juice!
I love the decor of the sci-fi. I can't remember anything about the food, good or bad, but I love the little cars and the campy movies!

One of the outlets, a golf shop (Edwin Watts???) and either Target or Walmart or both, any suggestions?
I agree with Jenny--I like Target more, but Walmart's the better deal.

Considering it costs about $40 to fill up these days, that is a GREAT deal! :cool1:

Sounds fabulous! :cloud9:

It's pretty good. Do you think you'll be hitting LC on your next trip? It's definitely worth going to--not the best dining experience of my life, but still quite tasty!

I love that you have so many full park days! :thumbsup2

Did you plan your ADRs based on when you could get them or were they based on best park days? Do you use and abuse my boyfriend TGM? :rotfl2:

I actually play way more than he does, he has to earn the $ by teaching so that I can play :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

:rotfl: Good girl!!!!!

$40? Try $70! :faint:

I think so. I was all about it but now I am not super sure. I'd really like to do dinner because it looks so heavy for lunch.

Dude! :scared1: Are you driving the Bookmobile? That's expensive! My little car just doesn't hold a lot of gas, I guess. :)

I drive a Volvo. It gets good gas milage but must have a big tank. Today I took the Frontrunner to work. :scared1: It's costing me $8 a day in fuel so something has to change. :sad2:

I almost forgot my countdown :scared1:

Anyone know much about or used the DDE? I am thinking about possibly getting an AP and the DDE and hoping to score an AP rate for our room only portion of the trip. This idea is in it's infancy. :scratchin

Pardon my ignorance , but what are the DDE and AP? If they're good things, I hope you get them! :thumbsup2

BTW, your ER trip was work related, right? I was starting to worry that something happened to one of your kids.

AP= Annual Pass and the DDE is the Disney Dining Experience card and costs about $80 for AP holders and is good for up to 9 people in your party. It's good for 20% off selected TS and CS. The only reason I am thinking of it is that the 2nd half of our trip will be a room only reservation as we'll get our Hoppers when we are DVC with Jenna. We'll have the DP as well with Jenna. Soemtimes the AP rates are pretty good so I am researching if paying the extra for the AP would be worth the savings we'd get. I need to do an AP search on the DIS. :surfweb:

Sorry Jen know nothing about AP's or DDE!

I agree with the gas though, we have a medium sized car (Ford Mondeo do you have those?) and it now costs $120 to fill  Prices here are through the roof :headache:

BTW I won the cup at golf today :yay: Wanna see a photo????? Well even if you don't here's one :rotfl2: Oh I also won $40 :thumbsup2

Oh and look, hidden Mickeys :thumbsup2 :rotfl:

You should definitely look into it! Even if it doesn't work out, it's more trip research, which is always a good time!

Congrats Jo! What a cute pic! :cutie:
