Thanks for the support guys, I think you're right I'll just say that I'm so sorry and let them take it from there. That's a good idea about sending a follow up letter in a few weeks Jenny, I'll do that.

There's no way I can catch up with all of the posts, so I'm starting fresh!

Jenny, I am so jealous of you right now. I wanted to see the Police a ton, but that did not happen. Glad to hear that Sting didn't bring his A-game--it makes me feel a bit better. ;)

Also, you went to Acme? I've been wanting to go there for a long time now and still haven't made it. Glad to hear someone is doing all of those fun things for me.

Sorry to hear about your Grandma. She sounds like a really great lady.

Do any of you have Comcast cable? (Probably not the UK folk, I'm guessing.) In their on demand section, there is a group of short movies about Disney travel. DH and I have been watching them all night long--there was a little one about Walt's apartment at WDW--very touching.

Good night all!

I live in the sticks so we can't get Comcast. Sounds like a great program! :thumbsup2 I cry almost everytime I watch something about Walt Disney- the man. :goodvibes

Acme was great. Their shoestring potatoes were so good and worth every last calorie! :cloud9:

:sad1: Yeah, I would have to say Elvis Costello was better than Sting voice wise but the Police as a whole put on a great show. I have decided I :lovestruc aging English gents.

Jenny the concert sounded great but what was with the boring people?

Wow the jury service was short notice wasn't it! So whatcha going to say????

I called the court this morning and she said it should be a two day trial max so I might not say something horrible to get out of it. I found out my work will pay me and it won't come out of my PTO so that's cool. I tried to Google the defendant's name but it came up with a case from the 70's. :rotfl2: My guess is that if it's only going to be 2 days, it'll be something lame like tax evasion or a DUI. ;)

In my hometown...my brother was married to the chief judge's daughter. And my attorney in my child support/custody case was the judge's wife. That always worked for me! :lmao:

:rotfl2: That's a sweet little set up there! I bet your ex got the shaft.

:rotfl: Licking the bowl is my fav part!!!
It was even better as the girls were at school so I could have it all to myself :rotfl2:

And eshmay is a great place...just make sure it says they are trademark or registered Disney pins.
Would that be ebay????

It is SOOOOOOO GOOD isn't it :cloud9: ?
So far yep, I'll let you know later :thumbsup2

Well that sounds OK and to get paid for it too :thumbsup2

 Oh Kirsteen, I am so sorry!!! I don't know what you should say. I would maybe buy one of those books about grief. :confused3 I am not good in those situations. Life sucks sometimes and that's what I usually say. I am not one of those "there are in a better place" type folks. I appreciate them but I am just not one of them. :goodvibes

Just popping in to say yo.

:wave2: What cookin'?

Mmmmmm, licking the bowl alone is the best! :rotfl2: We moms are easily amused!!!!

David looks like Sting? :faint: I like that filthy Hugh Grant too. pirate:

He deserved the shaft...and I have more to say on that...but it isn't DIS appropriate...let your imagine run wild. ;) :lmao:

:rotfl2: well we certaintly wouldn't want you to be inappropriate.

And speaking of ebay and getting the shaft; I just got shafted on ebay. I bought, or so I thought, a bunch of Pokemon for Joshua. They showed up and were pencil toppers. The not so nice seller from Hong Kong got some nasty feedback from me. He tried to tell me that he didn;t didn't rip me off when he so clearly did. This was my first negative experience on ebay. I have bought tons of Disney pins and had great transactions. :thumbsup2

:cool1: :cool1: :cool1: YAY for vile ex's getting shafted......my ex hasn't paid a penny in child support in ten years:headache:

 Does he still see Bex?

I had been going to buy them a rose called Rachel but they have already received a few of these so I bought a picture of an angel (you know the sort of patchwork kind) with a passage from the bible at the top "There is joy in the presence of angels"...I keep arguing with myself over whether it is appropriate of not. My mum says just give it and if she hates it she can give it away, it's the thought behind it that counts:confused: .

I think your mum gives sound advice. :thumbsup2 In times like these, it really is the thought that counts. I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this. How did their DD die?

 YUCK!!! My mum says that he's a pervert....why? remember back when he was arrested with a "lady of the night".....mum recons that Liz Hurley dumped him because he wanted her to do "disgusting things that only women who get paid for pervy sex do"....:scared: :rotfl2:

 Does he still see Bex?

:headache: Way to much:sad2: ....2.5hrs/2days a week. She used to go for 24hours Fri-Sat but since he lost the plot last Oct she has refused to stay overnight at his home

She went to bed one night right as rain and took a massive brain haemorragh the next morning and was dead by 18:15 that night. It was a malformation in her brain and basically was an unknown timebomb waiting to go off.

Ohhhh...high five for bad ex's. Jon's father abandoned him...so I had his parental rights terminated a few years back.

When we went to court for the termination...he came up to me and wanted to see a picture of Jon. I threatened to have his boy parts removed if he ever tried to see or contact Jon again. I thought it was a nice offer...:confused3

:rotfl2: well we certaintly wouldn't want you to be inappropriate.

Me???? Nevah! ;)

I've been pretty lucky...but there's another website...sort of like ebay...where I had to threaten someone to get my goods. They evetually showed though...

I had bought a t-shirt that said: "This is what a Feminist looks like." ;)

And I wanted my flippin' shirt!

How terrible. It really puts things in perspective.

:sad1: That's just terribly sad.

:rotfl2: Filthy or not I like Hugh. Colin Farrell is another nasty boy I like. pirate:

YUM I do like Colin Farrell.....he would DEFINATELY be looking for action that no "self respecting woman" would entertain;) :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: What a great shirt!!!!!

I agree that is a fabby shirt. I saw one on holiday that said "I wanted to change the world but I couldn't find a babysitter" :lmao: story of my lifer;)

Exactly....live life to the full and get every last drop of enjoyment out of it because you don't know what's round the corner

I agree. :goodvibes Life is so short. I bet we'd all be a little happier if we enjoyed those small moments more.

Colin is a bad boy. I think he needs me to set him straight! :cool2:
