I am alive! But not without a case of pink eye and colds all around. We are on the mend though. The kids are plum tuckered out! Joshua is in a Wii coma. 
Who needs child care with a Wii in the house?

) Today is the first day that any of us have felt something that resembles normality so unfortunately our Hogmanay celebrations will consist of playing Friends & Disney Scene It up until the Bells and going to bed pretty soon after, very disappointing after our wild run up to Christmas but hey ho at least after midnight tonight I can say that I'm going to Disney next year
. I have my parents & Donnys parents coming Ne'er Day for dinner but as it's the traditional soup and steak pie it's all prepared so it should be a breeze .

If you're planning to party hard tonight you really should go to the chemist to get your hands on some Berocca, it's in a green tube with orange writing. Pop two in a pint of water and drink with two pain killers before bed and I guarantee your hangover, if it even appears, will be minimal.
I am sorry you and your family have been sick. Jenna's kids were staring to catch a cold when they left and one left with pink eye. 
I thought we had overted it but Michael and Joshua both stayed home today and are very sick. Joshua breaks my heart when he is sick. Michael is just a man. 
I have never heard of Berocca. I asked one of the docs here and he hadn't either. Maybe it's a Scottish thing, like Haggis. I've got a cold too

And Happy New Year to you and yours! Michael worked NYE so I took the kids to the Hilton for the night. We ordered room service and swam in their indoor pool. It was the best NYE, really! 
We slept in and then met DH for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. I will do a mini report as soon as work clams down.

I'm feeling a bit blue myself. Jan. is such a downer of a month, I'm SO JEALOUS of Jordan...your trip is so close you lucky thing. I've been trying to cheer myself up with some trip planning
. The 2009 trip feels like a lifetime away so I've been looking into the possibility of flying down from Long Island for a few days in July this year. We're going to visit Donny's DB and his family with his parents for two weeks this summer and I can't say I'm breathless with anticipation (I love my in laws but I couldn't eat a whole one..if you know what I mean?)...two weeks is a LONG time . I've looked into escaping to a resort in Long Island for a few days but it's pretty expensive...now IF we get cheap flights down to Orlando and IF we stay at POP and IF we don't have any special (for special read expensive) meals, etc etc. I'm sure that I could fiddle the figures
enough to be able to convince Donny that it would be just as cost effective....what do you think? Am I in with a chance?484 days until WDW!!!
Sounds like you and the kiddlywinks had a smashin time NYE, ours was very quite but also fun (loads of games and funny tv programmes)

No worries BFAM, it's not like you aren't trying to plan a magical trip for 3,246 people.
I had to step away from the itineraries and ADRs for a week or two. I was driving myself crazy.
I'm in shopping mode right now...not a bad mode to be in....
