If I made dining reservations over the phone, can I check them online?

Should they be there? I am a little nervous because I called at 180 days made all my reservations and tried to check them today on the Disney Dining website and I couldn't find them. Should I be worried?

I made some reservations over the phone before I made others on-line and freaked out because the over the phones were not listed. I called and the phone reservations were made under my husbands name because our hotel reservations were under his name. But on-line it was my name. So they are all there but under different names.

As well as the name, the phone number must be the same. I had made reservations under my home number then later made others and used my cell phone number and I could not find the originals. I then searched under the home number and the reservations were still there.

I have never had luck pulling up the ADR's I made on the phone from the website.
It makes me nervous not having them on my list, but I double check the reservation before I leave and bring a copy of the reservation number with me to the restaurant.

I made mine by the phone right before the online process became available. It took a few days, but mine eventually showed up when I logged into my account. Since then I've also made a few online and they are all listed together.

Thanks for this post. I will take all the reservation numbers with me when we go. I made them over the phone, in my name, with my phone #, so I don't know why they wouldn't be there...I will double check and call them too.

i cant get my phone ressies to show up online either, i've tried the 'retrieve reservation' using my conf number and phone number; but it doesn't work. fingers crossed they are there... all of character meals were done over the phone

Same here. All the ones I booked on the phone do not appear online. However, I have called at least 2 times to confirm with my confirmation numbers and the agent has confirmed they are in the system.

If you are staying on-site, have the CM print off all your dining reservations. If the phone ones do not appear, give them the confirmation numbers and have them print them for you.

Same here. I booked Cali Grill and CRT over the phone and no matter what I try they are not showing up on my list I'd prefer not to have to call AGAIN from the UK to confirm, but neither do I want to wait till I'm there, so it looks like it's more money for phone calls

Hello,

Try typing in the confirmation number given to you over the phone (vs entering your phone number). I tried this yesterday and it worked for all my phone reservations!

Also try entering with your area code, try entering with a 1 for worldwide, or remove the 1 for worldwide if it doesn't work.

sorrel, have you tried using telediscount to make your calls. thats what i use, and it cost me 2p per min, much cheaper than the price of an international one.

Weird - I booked CRT over the phone a few days ago, and it immediately popped up in my list online. Maybe it's hit or miss?

Every phone reservation I made didn't show up online unless I entered in the reservation number and the phone number first. However, it never saved it for me. That was a bit annoying.

i called disney dining last night and mine were all there despite not being able to retrieve them manually. my problem was because there was no phone number listed on my reservation
