My BJ's also had the hip hop pets for about $15.99. As far as I could tell, the hip hop pets did not have an actual plug for the device and it was just a listening thing like the Idog pup/mini.

Ok, went to BJ's and did not see the idog but did see the ifish. Is that just as good as the dog or is it boring because it just waves from side to side?

My kids found the fish boring because it does only move side to side. Again, YMMV, but that is what my 11 (12 years old tomorrow) said!
