ID kids under 3???

Will they ask for some sort of identification for my DD who is only 2 (just turned 2 in January)? If so, do they require a specific type of ID?

I've never been asked for ID for my kids. I worried about this last year when we went with my then 2 1/2 yr old since my girls are very tall. No one ever questioned me and barely even gave her a second glance. I always bring birth certificates though just for my own peace of mind! Never needed them, but better safe than sorry.

Mine were not, but the AIRLINE said to bring Birth certificates, though no one ever checked.

The airline is only going to ask for a birth certificate if your child is under 2, does not have a ticket and will be flying on your lap.

fyi...
we just returned from our trip- and no questions asked about age at any point in the trip!
(except by friendly CM's making conversation!)

Both of my Children were big 2 year olds. No one ever asked for verification that they were 2 but CM's at MK gate did take a second look.
