So basically i cannot eat tomato based anything, cannot have some sauces like a1 and teriyaki ect otherwise i get bloated, tired, cold and feel sick with nausea

This is my third trip since this came and stuck around, First trip was rough, ended up in florida hospital on the day we landed because of a nasty panic attack. Luckily, i did great in parks and had only one 30 minute episode of nausea, second trip was ok, day we landed i got sick because i over ate, but again, parks were great. 3rd trip went off without a hitch.

This time, we are going with family and staying 6 nights. What do you guys do in parks to keep your calories up and symptom free?

I just eat the same way I do at home. I don't eat gluten or nightshades (white potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant etc) and I try to avoid sugar, onions, garlic when possible. We do a mix of in-room meals and in-park and I never have a problem finding "safe" food. I do shopping when we arrive, picking up GF bread and snacks I like. I carry a water bottle to stay hydrated and snacks in my bag.

If you're worried, just take a look at the menus for the various TS and QS spots. Jot some safe ideas down in a small notebook for your backpack or purse or whatever. I have to travel a lot and I always do that, checking out the hotel restaurants, etc to find food I can eat. Heck, during our January trip to WDW, I knew that I wanted to have a hamburger so I just toasted some GF bread, popped it in a clear ziploc and popped it in my purse to use later. <---No shame lol.

I just avoid dairy as normal. But I never drink enough water!!

surprisingly i do great with dairy. i can actually eat ice cream when ever. I think my issue of IBS is minor compared to my bile reflux, thats the pain. Last night i was super bloated because of lemonade, after i thought i got better, 10oz of water made me more bloated and sick. But its rare for water to do that to me, so it might have been the snack before hand

I don't have IBS but I do have a bladder condition that is very food sensitive so I get the "foods to avoid" deal quite well!

1) I stick as close to my diet as possible and, if I "cheat" it's only one bite or sip of something. No over doing it!

2) I take my meds perfectly including the pills I can take before I eat to reduce the acid content in foods for the bladder. I even take them with foods that are normally otherwise "safe".

3) I make sure I drink a lot of water to keep my system flushed.

About two weeks before we left, I had an appt. with my gastro dr. He set up a Disney plan for me. I have IBS-C, gallbladder has been removed, a bit of anxiety and I am GF. He told me what meds to take when and we had a great trip with some great dining experiences!

Have a great trip!

Eat lightly. No big meals & no buffets.
I want to visit the parks - not the restrooms!!!

Always know where the nearest bathroom is. Never get on a bus to a park with stomach pains already present.
