After fighting my PC for two days to get the certificate printed, uninstalling, and reinstalling Yeti Vision, and playing the game in its entirety three times, I finally got my certificate. Here's hoping my DS6 will actually get on the ride when he sees that its a roller coaster!

Mine loaded with out the barcode, just with 1234-1234-1234-1234in the spot anyone else had that happen to them

There's a barcode on the printout, so my guess is that you scan it once and then it's done. I know that you can only win the certificate once. After you win it, you can play the game all you want, but you don't get any more certificates, but you do get a bunch of stuff for VMK.

Yes, Adrienne, that is what happened to me. I saw the prize display and did not print it out right away. I have been trying to get it back for over an hour now. I think I might just play again and print out the coupon as soon as I see it.

Adrienne, mine printed out the same way, with 1234-1234-1234 under the barcode, and Guest Services refused to take it (we were there Easter weekend). They said it was "fishy" and I was unable to get my free photo. Just a word of warning. We're maybe going back during the free dining promotion, so I'm going to try to play it again on a different computer, one with Internet Explorer as the default instead of Firefox, so maybe I'll be luckier this time with redeeming it.

Okay, first my printer only prints black and white so you should be fine. It's the bar code with the number under it that they need, once it is used that is it.

Also, I won this last week and also never saw my prize certificate. I kept getting an error message saying AOL can't open my file. I emailed Disney, no response.

So today I did some playing around, I went to MY COMPUTER--then LOCAL DISK C (whatever drive is your main, mine is C)--PROGRAM FILES--there is a folder in there named DISNEY--open that--there is another folder named YETI VISION--open that--and lo and behold there is was an obscure little file named PHOTOPRIZE. I right clicked and selected INTERNET EXPLORER to open that file and I GOT IT!

So if you won this game you have to look around on your computer to find your certificate. BTW, I am on windows XP. Hope this helps someone!

Rachel, thank you! I won the ceritficate a few days ago and didn't receive it (or so I thought) I read your post and lo and behold there it was! I have XP also and it was exactly where you found yours. I've got it in hand and will be using it in Sept. again.

i won my certificate about 2 months ago and i was just wondering how much are the photos if you buy them? Anything free is better than nothing!!! i cant wait to get on EE only 3 more days!!!

I had trouble downloading this....went through all the steps just trying to
"run" instead of saving it...but it never would complete the download. Anyone else have trouble just getting it to run?? I really wanted to get the certificate!

Just a word of caution(for those who don't just love walking from one end of the park to the other ). You have to pick up a "voucher" from guest relations at the entrance to Animal Kingdom! They do not accept what you print off your computer at the picture register at the end of the ride! I found that out after we had already trekked back to EE.

Do you have to download the game in order to play it?

As a rule I never download anything of that type due to problems with spyware, viruses, etc. Has anyone had a problem with their PC since downloading the game?

Appears to be three parts to it. I don't let my daughters d'l games, typically, but this is probably ok. I just try to have them avoid d'l games from some website I've never heard of.

Try disabling your pop-up blockers. It opens another window that has the links.

I really want to play this, but every time I download it successfully it just pops up and then goes away, I cannot even start the game I went back through my computer and program files and tried to open it that way too but it still just pops up and goes away! Do you need to download all 3 episodes before playing 1?

I finally just got mine.. after playing level 3 twice.. grr downóading the movies on dial up was hellish.. but now i have a certificate!!! yeah!! can't wait we get to disney in 24 days........
