Went bagless for the first time this past trip and it was great! I took a little wristlet wallet with some id, cash and a lipstick. Husband stuck our little camera in his pocket or else I had it on my wrist.
We go in the winter months so will lather on sunscreen in the morning but don't bother reapplying during the day unless we are sitting at the pool.
If we need a jacket or hoodie for later we just tie it around our waists.
I HATE carrying around bottles of water. Everyone talks about doing that I don't understand why. I hate warm, metallic tasting bottled water. I'll have a glass at breakfast and at lunch. If we really need to we may once in a blue moon use a snack credit for a bottle if it's hot out.
Ponchos - we use to buy cheap ones and bring them along. Now that the kids are older we don't have a place to store them in a stroller and they usually refuse to wear them anyhow. So we just take our rain jackets and wear them around our waists when we don't have them on if there is a chance of rain that day.
Bandaids I think I had one stuck in my wristlet. If the rare chance someone needs a aspirin they can walk to the first aid centre. In all our trips to the parks I don't think we have ever had to go looking for medication and I'm not carrying around a drug store. My husband does take meds with meals and he did bring his daily dose to the park. Not sure what he had it in.
ETA we both had our phones with us too. I could fit mine in my wristlet or sometimes I just carried it. Husband had his in his pocket.

With the old keys to the kingdom cards, I just used a small pouch with necktiers that held the card, some bandaids, ibuprofen. My hubby held the actual cash, one credit card, id's, that is it!!!
The only problem is that I wear glasses, and often switch between regular glasses (indoors) and prescription sunglasses. I thought I could walk in with my glasses, and my prescription sunglasses on the top of my head, but in rides (such as Space Mountain), I have to take both off and I usually store them in my small purse. WHat do others that go bagless do about sunglasses? I'm a girl and no way that I can carry my big prescription sunglasses in my pocket, along with my phone, wallet and regular glasses.
