i completely agree with you. we'd have to post like perfect responses or else theyd be deleted (though we still should give only good advice, etc, of course) and most everyone would probably quit the boards, and eventually the mods themselves!!

Even though that post was really rude, I wouldn't touch it if I was a mod. I would only delete things that didn't follow the rules. But whatever, since basically everybody on the teen board hates me/doesn't even know who I am, it doesn't really matter.

Oh yeah, Travis, I'm still confused, the TB really hasn't been running smoothly on a few threads and I'm surprised you didn't jump in on some of them.

Yeah I'm confused as well. I was about to ask Travis if he's seen the Mosh Pit thread.

i cant read every post in every thread and neither can any other moderator on the boards. Thats why there is a red triangle with an exclamation mark in it that lets your report a bad thread and the report gets mailed to the moderators of that board.

All the more reason for another mod.

One person can't read every post in every thread, but if you have, say 3-4 mods, you can cover more ground if you know what I mean.

idk, I like our mods, and I think they are doing a fine job. I'm not saying you wouldn't be a good moderator, but right now I think we are fine with the ones we have. And they haven't been moderating for long, I think like a little over a year or something like that. So you will have your chance.

mods are rarely chosen. They tend to keep the same ones around here for a long time. I am also on more than the mods, and the webmasters in most cases, and I usually see things before they're reported or deleted, And I've seen some that weren't even delt with. Ive watned to be a mod since I started postign here. but the powers that be haven't seen me fit I suppose.
