I wanna be a mod.

I want some sort of power. The ability to close threads when I see fit. The ability to delete threads when I see fit. Change signatures that are too big. Stuff like that.

I think I would do a good job. Either that or I would run this place right into the ground.

But seriously, I think I would do good. I also tend to be on more than the mods, and I spot a lot of infractions, (especially with people's signatures).

SoOoOoOoOo, is there anything you wish to achieve on this board. A certain number of posts, or a certain number of tags, or something like that.

Yeah, being a mod would be really cool. But I think you have to be elected by the Webmasters, and besides, the TB already has 2 mods...even if they don't do much in the way of moderating...So I guess we kind of have to wait.

And Morgan, I really do like you. It's just sometimes you can get on a last nerve, and then it's like WATCH OUT. I don't think as a moderator you have the power to delete a user, I think that's Webmaster only.

I get on peoples nerves a lot 'cause I have an opinion and when people say their opinion and I'm just like damn they're right and blah blah blah, so if I get your nerve please forgive me.

Hey! Our mods are GREAT... don't be dissin' them! Although I mean eventually it will come time for new teen mods considering this is a teen board and teens grow up but lets let the webmasters decide that before you go dissin' our mods!

I'm just saying...

1) They are never around when they are needed.
2) They never seem to correct anything.

I'm not saying they are bad mods or anything. I'm not saying take away their mod powers. I'm just saying, I think this board could use an addition. A mod or two that is on a lot more, and will probably do a lot more.

You can't bee TOO opinoinated when your a Mod.Everyone should get to say what they want to say as long as it's within reason and not profane. With you guys as mods,you'd shut down too many!Probably over half!LOL! I'm glad your so opinionated,and sometimes your right,but remember free speech(within certain guidelines)needs to be protected and we need to let loose and create(cough random cough cough).If you have the right to complain,we have the right to be (cough,random).I hope that didn't sound too harsh and I really have nothing against you guys!I just thought you needed to here that,don't jump all over me!If you'd do these things I'd gladly say y'all could be mods! You may not be able to be a Official Mod, but you may be able to be a Co-Mod. If you've been on the VMK/Teen Community Board it has Co-Mods. (That are kids)

1st of all..moderators cant change signatures..only the tech people can.

2nd...im on the DISboards everyday and I check the Teen Board to make sure things are going smoothly (which they have been and thats great). Moderators dont have to post everyday, but just stay active in their board they moderate and keep an eye on things.

i completely agree with you. we'd have to post like perfect responses or else theyd be deleted (though we still should give only good advice, etc, of course) and most everyone would probably quit the boards, and eventually the mods themselves!!
