Uh, on the original topic...
Seriously, we went last December, and it was wonderful. Of course, it was a little, shall we say hot for the Christmas decorations, but that didn't matter.
Special things? We went to see the American Adventure, and got there a little early, so we waited inside. First, there was a story teller telling the story of Chanukah. Then the Liberty Singers came on, and did a wonderful rendition of many different songs of the season. Well worth our time.
The Osborne Lights were great because they were simply walk through. We were there for dinner at the '50s PTC, so we just strolled afterwards.
We missed the Christmas Carol in England, but my DD6 loved La Belfana, the Italian Santa Claus. I found her story fascinating myself, because I had never heard it before.
Most of the music playing at the Pop, where we stayed, were novelty Christmas songs. One, heard many times, was something about a grandmother's encounger with reindeer.
And, of course, Country Bear Jamboree has a special Christmas show, which means that I'm being dragged to the regular show this September.
Great time to go.
