On that I would agree. The comments directed toward you were much closer to what I would define as a "flame". Not because she disagrees with you (because for the record, I really, really, REALLY do too) but because she called your posts "garbage". That was a little over the line for me. I can see she found your post really upsetting, but I think that can be expressed without name-calling.

If she was a DIS buddy of yours, it would be funny (because I assume it just refers to your typing style). However, it was rude since it sounds kind of negative and you don't even know her . Maybe she'll see your question either here or over there and explain why she said that. Besides, I haven't noticed any absence on your part. You seem to be around and posting as usual.

However, as I am sure you know, you are not the world's best typist. You often tell your whole story in one long paragraph as did the post that was referenced in that thread. You do not capitalize very often and many times you hit the space bar at the wrong time so that words loo klike t his.

I agree with these comments. I don't think the poster was intending it as a flame but was commenting on the fact that your writing style is different (I think disneymom did a good job here of pointing out the specific ways that it's different). Personally, I think your posts can be a little tough to read sometimes, but they make perfect sense, I understand them and you have a great way of telling a story.

Thank you And I appreciate that you disagreed with me in a civil manner. I think there would be far fewer problems on the boards if everyone could just "agree to disagree" and move on.

Being called "ignorant" is not personal? Just because my opinion differs from someone else's doesn't make me ignorant. It does not make my opinion "garbage" either. She has the right to her opinion on the subject, just as I have the right to mine. I wouldn't call her opinion "garbage" or call her "ignorant" just because she feels differently than me, and I don't appreciate having it done to me either.
