Does anyone have recent experience at this restaurant? Any favourites on the menu? We are staying at bwv and it’s close walk. Thanks in advance

Love it, the gnocchi bolognese is my go to. Only issues I’ve had is if there is a convention and they’re slammed, so if you can snag a res on open table like day of (no need to way plan) I’d do that to ensure you don’t go there for nothing.

Love it the mushroom rigatoni is delicious and the wait staff wonderful! Definitely add it to your plans!

One of the best italian restaurants on property. The gnocchi bolognese is my personal favorite, while my wife is partial to the chicken. Very nice bar to relax in at the entrance, and always an enjoyable meal.

Worth noting the bar serves the full menu so that’s a nice option for 1-2 people too.

We went this past trip.
I've read the rave reviews. It's good, but if you have good Italian at home, this is nothing special.

We had the beef carpaccio for an appetizer (delicious), gnocchi and another pasta dish. It was all good pasta. Good service.

I don't think we will do again just because we have better Italian at home, but you won't be sorry if you go there.

This☝️

We've dined here on several occasions, often not planned. As @gottalovepluto stated above, the bar is an excellent option as DW and I have snuck in there for a drink and some food at odd hours.
We've had a private room there with a large group. We've had a regular table. Our experiences have varied wildly - service is *usually* good, but we've had a few misses - including at the bar. Food is generally good, but far from excellent Italian. It's a place that one can usually sneak into without a ressie. It's a "safe bet."

Agree with others. Good Italian, accessible, and when traveling for work the bar is almost always available.

But if you’re comparing to a Little Italy in most big cities, you will be disappointed. As with almost every type of food, it depends what type of food you have at home.
