My mom bought a nuwave oven years ago and I love that thing. It makes the most perfect whole chickens in the world, and yes really from frozen. She says I can have it since it's sitting in my sister's garage (she has yet to discover the coolness of it), but I keep forgetting to get it every time I go down.
I never went overboard with making meals... you know bake it all at once. But it does the meats just right. And it comes with a nice little timing guide for it.

Here are some reviews on the Flavorwave: http://www.infomercialratings.com/product/flavor_wave. I have never heard of it before and I love watching infomercials. It seems to be one of those love it or hate it type products though. They either gave it 5 stars or 1. Not a whole lot of in between.
