Hi everyone - I've posted before about not having very much progress by "just cutting down" so I have given it some thought and have decided to try Slimfast. I will have a granola bar for breakfast - shake for lunch - snack bar iin the afternoon and a sessible dinner and see how it goes. My only concern (from past experience) is that I don't eat enough wind up hungry or too weak and stop doing it - so I will have to focus on smaller healthier snacks. I think this will work for me - I know I don't have the self discipline to count calories or points or cook special meals just for myself. Today is day #2 - I promise to keep you posted.
