Unfortunately, I don't know when I will be going Home. I booked a trip offsite for August before deciding to buy into DVC. The hotel was prepaid and cannot be cancelled My contract comes with 230 banked points from August 2003 UY and I have to find out how to use them before they expires. By the way, do I have to use those banked point before Aug 31, 2005?

Actually you have until July 31, 2005 to use the banked 2003 points. Good luck planning.
