The only time he has ever asked me to go somewhere with him was just yesterday. He wanted to take me to his cousin's Halloween party so I told that I wish I could go but I can't. Hence how he knows I can't do anything because I am in trouble.
So the only thing I "lied" about was texting him.

Yet she is still there for you every day of you life, and you have your wife by your side.

I lied to my parents by texting him behind his back. I told him I am in trouble and can't do anything with him.

but again at 18 and out on your own what can anyone say heck your not 18 and you are already doing things your parents don't want you to do

I hope your family can meet him, so this can be resolved. It would be really hard for me if I knew that my parents couldn't trust me. I am assuming thats why you're in trouble.

Your comparing your love for this boy to movies, makeup and a hair straightener? Seriously?

And here's something else to consider: when you turn 18, your parents can legally kick you out of the house. Will your boyfriend be there to help you? You may be 18 and legally an adult, but with that comes other responsibilities I don't think you're ready to handle.

honestly, if i were your parents, i'd be disturbed by how melodramatic you're being.
