I need some DIS-induced frivolity

OK Fellow CB-ers. It has been the week from HECK!

Huge, nasty, yuckky, ugly, gross project at work. I've been working 12-14 hours a day, on call from 8am to midnight, and am expected to be at my desk 9-5. :sigh:

My boss is under an intense amount of pressure, and I really think she is close to just walking out the door. Which would increase my stress tenfold. I know it's not about me, but...

A close family friend contracted a blood infected, and died VERY suddenly. The wake was last night. He was only 56 years old, and it was heartbreaking.


So, who's having a great day, week, weekend? And want to share with me? Or just be silly and goofy?

DH and DS are asleep, so I can't even get them to cheer me up.

Just a little Debster pity party, so let's see who the cheeriest are!

I took 6 kids to Harry Potter today and they loved it....Hope your stress goes down....

Similar week at our house......work stresses for DH & me.....two extended family members with health problems....kids have too much homework....
BUT
Today is DH's birthday....we just saw Harry Potter....and we don't have to go to a soccer tournament tomorrow in the Nor'Easter that's expected around here....so I'm happy.
