I Need Help Planning Our Nov. Trip

We're arriving Tues 11/22 and staying until Tues 11/29. We'll be staying at the Boardwalk until Sat and then the Wilderness Lodge. We've got our tickets for MVMCP on 11/27. Also made ressies for dinner for Thanksgiving.

We usually go in Sept when the crowds are light. I initially heard it was not busy during Nov except to stay away from the parks on Thanksgiving Day as they're packed. Now i've been reading that the parks are packed the week of Thanksgiving and of course that weekend.

Here's what I need help with... For those of you who normally go at this time of the year will I have a problem getting seating for meals without a PS ressie? There are 4 of us in our party. Normally I would've planned everything ahead of time, but not knowing how busy the parks truly are, I wanted to hold off on making ressie's.

How busy are the parks? Do you have a general rule of what parks to hit on what days?

Sorry this is soooooooooo long. Any help would be appreciated.

We just got home and it's in the throws of MNSSHP, so it's about the same crowd level, maybe a bit lighter than MVMCP. DEFINETLY make ADR's for meals. Do NOT try and walk in. You'll be waiting forever and you're more likely to wait to go until you're STARVING. Waiting will only make everyone more grumpy. The meals were really crowded when we were there last week.

We have been a couple of times during Thanksgiving, Thursday through the weekend is crazy! Before and after those four days it was very quite to moderate (the times that we have gone that is). I would absolutley make ADR's. I always make at least one a day for dinner and throw in a couple lunches also. I have been there at busy times without ADR's and it was not good. You are going to love waking up on Thanksgiving morning and seeing how much was decorated while you slept, it is amazing. Hope you have a great time and get those ADR's made.
