I Need A Restaurant Recommendation

Last day of my upcoming trip will be spent at Blizzard Beach. I'm looking for an early dinner, most likely at a resort hotel since we will not be entering another theme park that day and I'm not a fan of the DTD offerings. I will be in my own car and am looking (probably?) for a resort restaurant where parking and ease of access is not too difficult (a 7, 5 and 3 year old will be in tow). My thought right now is one of the AKL restaurants. We have never visited the AKL and I think it is in proximity to Blizzard Beach. Anyone out there recommend Jiko or Boma for our last meal? Other ideas?

I would say go for Boma's. It is a buffet and they have a lot of different food. I'm a picky eater and found lots to eat. I liked the marinated flank steak and the Zebra Domes for dessert!

I would also say Boma if you want a none charter meal. For a charter Meal I would say Chef Mickey's. We always like to end a trip there.

Thanks for the advice.

ShariVT: we did one (or two or three) too many character meals on our last trip, and have crosssed them off our dining list for the upcoming one. Thanks!!

OHanna's at the polynesian is also wonderful, you might want to try it. We do love Boma, and the lodge is truly beautiful and certainly worth a drive there.

We enjoyed Boma and AKL is wonderful! Could walk around before or after dinner and look at the animals out grazing, or just lounging around.

If you have some picky eaters, you could check out Whispering Canyon over at the Wilderness Lodge.
