I have leftover chili, and I want something creative to do with it. I'm tired of chili dogs!

I make my own version of Volcano Nachos (like Margaritaville's).

I use the tortilla chips on bottom, then Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese, then the chili, then Jalepenos, then sour cream. You could also use, lettuce, tomatos, onions - just whatever you like - but they are yummy!!!!!:goodvibes

chili cheese burritos
chili frito pie
chili mac...I make noodles and serve them with alfredo, red sauce and chili and everyone gets thier choice..
chili-cornbread bake
chili cheeseburgers

Chili freezes really well. Put it in your freezer and pull it out again when you aren't sick of it anymore! I have a tub of chili in my freezer almost all winter.

Pour the chilli over some spags, top with chopped onions and cheese!!

I love this, but my DH doesn't care for it. He likes it on rice instead, and thinks chili doesn't belong on spaghetti. Culinary expertise from the man that thinks beefaroni straight from the can is a good meal.

You guys are making me want to make a big batch of chili just so I can have tasty treats with the leftovers.:)

mmmmm chili... tender chunks of meat... spicy tomatoes... sooo good... you want chili now... :rolleyes1

Roll out crescent roll dough so there aren't any seems. Cut into squares, fill with chili and cheese, seal the sides, bake until puffy and yummy. :)

Add a can of Campbells nacho cheese soup and you have chili cheese dip.
Or add a jar of any cheese sauce.

If the chili doesn't have beans then make chili dip

in a 9x13 pan

thinly spread 2 packages of Cream cheese
top with chili
cover with shredded cheddar cheese
sprinkle with chopped scallions

heat in the oven until cheese is melted and everything is hot

serve with tortilla chips

I do this with all kinds of leftover meat... my favorite is with shredded BBQ pork or beef. I've never tried it with chili, though. Sounds good!

ALL of these ideas sound fantastic. Now I have to decide!
