So every time I go I never seem to get a good family pic in front of the castle, you know that shows the whole castle. Any advice or tips? DO any of u use the photopass service 4 this? I want one I can put on the christmas cards
We do a yearly "Ears" picture in front of the Castle. We book a Crystal Palace breakfast at 8am. After we eat we put our Mickey Ears on and get the Photo Pass People to take a few pictures on Main St & in front of the Castle. At that time of day the park isn't open yet so there is nobody in the background. The Photo Pass People will also take a picture (but usually only one) with your camera as well. I have to add my Boys are 14 & 11 but they humor me and not only dine with Winnie the Poo & friends but let me take pictures too
Photpass is my Disney souvenir so they don't complain (much) about taking pictures.
I'm not sure about the WDW photopass people, but the DLR people will take their time if you tell them you are trying to get a Christmas Card Photo. They will take as many pictures as the family thinks it needs to get the RIGHT picture.
Get an early ADR for Crystal Palace (8:05-8:15) and be among the very first to get into the park. You can get your photo before you check in for your breakfast.
