I must be obsessed, anyone planning 2009?!

Ask me in 7 wks, thats when we will be returning home, ready to start planning the next trip!!!

My family (and extended family) are going back to Disney Feb. '09 ( I don't even have the exact dates yet). Is it too soon to be talking obsessively?! Anyone else prepared to do the happy dance for 12+ months with me?!:yay: :cool1: :cheer2:

I will. We are going this October. But I am already planning my Christmas vacation at WDW in 2009!:santa: :santa: :santa:

We are planning our Honeymoon for most likely May 09. . I will need a large dose of Disney after all this stress from wedding planning.

I really want to start a countdown or do something special when we get to the day each month that we can say 'only 10 mo, 9 mo', etc It's still too far away for my liking. I tried for a month to convince my hubby to go now and again in '09, didn't work:confused3

If this is crazy I don't want to be normal!! We are already planning our first family WDW trip for Feb 14-22 2009 :cheer2: Usually my DH is the uberplanner - I joke that he enjoys planning a vacation more than taking it - but this time it is all me and I am having so much fun!! I LOVE reading these boards and TGM - can't waid to make my ADRs in August!

I am now doing the double happy dance!

I just registered to run in the WDW 1/2 marathon in January 2009. This has been a dream of mine for a long time and I'm just going to do it.

We are also doing a family trip in April 2009. This is good so my kids can't complain too much when I go without them in January. LOL

Yes I am, obsess that is!

I've been planning a trip for 2009 since I got back from WDW feb 1st 2008

:cheer2:

We had considered staying home in 2009 but I saw my SIL last weekend & she asked if they could tag along if we go. You don't need to twist my arm :lmao: . So now DH is on the bandwagon too. It looks like we are going the 1st week of March again!

It's not too early to plan!!! We're currently planning 6 different trips, with an east/west mix:

DL in Jul (family while visiting the grandparents)
WDW in Oct (family)
WDW in Mar 09 (no kids - 15th anniversary)
WDW in Jun 09 (just the boys and me)
WDW in Oct 09 (family)
DL in Dec 09 (family while visiting the grandparents between Thanksgiving and Christmas)

I just got back from WDW on 04/05/08. I stayed at the Y&B club for a business trip. It was fun but not a true vacation.

My wife and I are going in May 09. We are looking at do a 10-12 day trip staying at Pop Century and have started some planning already. Never too soon to start. Planning can be as fun as the trip. We are figuring out what we want to do, restaurants to eat at, resorts we may want to visit etc.

So, plan away. You are not alone! :dance3:

We are doing an adult only trip in December of '08 but are already planning on taking the kids back in September '09. Hopefully, there will be freed dining then!

We stayed at WL this past summer and were planning our next trips on the plane ride home! I think that it is never to early to plan. PLUS, it is so much fun!!

Okay, I had to bump this as there just has to be a lot more Dis members planning for 2009. C'mon admit it, I know you're out there.:surfweb:

We are planning Springbreak (mid-March) at the Polynesian. But I have to tell you with prices the way they are I am getting really nervous about what is going to happen to the hotel rates and ticket prices when the new package prices are released in August.

we just got back from the world two weeks ago, are planning a fast weekend for the food and wine....a long girls only weekend for mickeys very merrry christmas party the first week of december, and thats only the next 6 months!! we are going on the podcast cruise in may of 09, so we have that to plan for, and just started to think about planning a disneyland vacation for the following may!! thinking about all these trips is what keeps me going when i have to head into work at 7am!
