I met Chip n Dale Express

I finally got to meet Chip n Dale Express on 12/31/04. I had just completed my shift at the Magic Kingdom distributing hats and horns for New Year's Eve and hopped on the CM bus and when I went to exit the bus I noticed the Chip and Dale plushes on the dashboard. I stuck my head back in the bus once it had emptied and asked the driver is he was actually Chip n Dale from the DIS!!!! It was nice meeting him after reading all of his posts here on the DIS.

I thought he was working in a resort now?

He worked at POP for about 9 months (I think) and then went back to the transportation department.

I "met" Tyler before I ever came to the DIS. We had a very memorable bus ride (the only one I can ever recall) on our way home one night. Lots of good jokes, my oldest son still remembers a couple. ("It's the asphalt...")

Glad to hear you're back to driving, Tyler, hope you are happy doing that! You were a one of a kind driver! Wish that there were more making even the buses magical.
