Wow...just saw this thread...and love it

I love VMK:

First cause of all the wonderful new friends I have made
It is so much fun being a part of a disney game
Being able to look and dress anyway I want
Looking forward to all the new stuff that comeds out
But mostly to be able to play the game to get away from real life when
I want to!!

Wow, with all the negativity lately, it's refreshing to see a positive, fun post like this. Good job! I was going to write a manifesto on how we need to be much more positive and realistic about vmk, but I may not need to after all.

I'm not usually the sappy type, but I will make an exception here:

I love vmk because

I'm even funnier on vmk than I allow myself to be in real life

I've met great friends
I live further from Disneyland than I used to and it partially makes up for no longer having an annual pass.

I can be irreverent as I like and people like me for it (well, I do this one in real life too, lol)

I really do enjoy games of ghosts and pirates, especially with friends

I can wear crazy clothes. Even at DLR, I can only get away with (and only want to) wear a crazy hat.

It is like watching a comedy show at times
It is something I can do with my daughter and sister
It is a quick fix as I live too far from WDW
I have pink hair, which I never would in reality
I get to be a Disney Imagineer without a degree in engineering. I have built 7 or 8 ride rooms and they are all fun
