So my pal and fellow DVC'er (you all remember the lurker, Deb), well she's going on her trip in Jan. She's had a heck of a time making her PS's. In fact shes never made it off hold calling wdw-dine (shes not the only one, check out the resturaunts board). So I suggested she call DVCMS, thinking that they would be able to connect her to a real PS person. They made all the arrangements for her right then and there! NO waiting, no transferring.....

Good to know! We have not made PS ressies at WDW before. We have made PS ressies at Disneyland and have never had a problem getting through. I guess this is a perk for DVC members!

I called last Friday morning to try to get PS for that evening (it was the last night of our Thanksgiving trip). I bet I was on hold almost a half hour. It's really busy down there right now.... In any case, I eventually did get through, and we got a great dinner at Kona Cafe... Glad I held the line!

I always make my PS through MS.
