Right now there is a federal tax credit of
$4543 on a 2019 Kia Niro PHEV The amount of the tax credit depends on the size of the electric battery which is smaller in the plug in version compared to the full EV version (which would receive a $7500 tax credit). The first 200,000 new model cars sold by that manufacturer qualify for the credit before it starts to phase out. Because there are so few of mine driving around, I suspect that credit will be available for some time to come.
Then, each state determines what it will offer as a state tax credit. In CO, I'll get $5000 back. The CO state credit drops to $4000 in 2020, and then to $2500 in 2021. So you need to do some digging to find out what it is for your state.
Looks like it's on the app (although I just tried, and it didn't work for me):

The Qi charging in the car is what finally pushed me to buy an iPhone8 lol.
