I have gotten some denials so I figured I’d go Sep 1st-30th without any new apps but i have gotten some new ideas I can’t go a whole month without any new cards. I didn’t think it would be hard because I’m maxed out with Citi and Amex but there is so much more out there lol

Thanks for thinking of me and I have to admit...I had no idea there was a TS out there until you mentioned it! I don't watch or read the news so the only way I know to be concerned is if a relative texts me frantically, lol.

Since we're in the Panhandle, I'm just going to watch, wait and top of my car's gas tank tonight or tomorrow.

Is gas 5x on the CF? I haven't been driving much this summer, lol.

We are in Tampa, so we're still not sure what the impact will be, if any. We always keep a few extra bags of ice in our deep freezer, a couple of cases of water, plenty of perishables, batteries, etc. just in case. Although I hate to see it going for Puerto Rico, hopefully that weakens it enough that it's just a tropical depression by the time it gets to Florida.

I really hope PR is spared. The last one devastated their economy and I don’t think they still have recovered. It is a beautiful island even if they do allow chicken fights.

I’m getting slightly nervous because they’re predicting right now that it’ll come on the east coast of Florida. I told Dh we need to have a plan to leave just in case. We have friends in Georgia and I’m sure they wouldn’t mind but I need to ask them for the future just in case
