It's time to figure out this uniform stuff. So DS's polos are school specific and so far he has 6 of them. Is that sufficient? Or should I order 4 more so he has enough for 2 weeks in case I ever get really lazy with laundry. He has to wear the polos every day except for the dress-up days that will required him to be in his oxford, tie and jacket. Any recommendations? The spend would towards DH's HH Biz MSR.
When DD had uniforms I think we kept around 6 "everyday" and 2 "chapel day" shirts. Not quite two weeks so I knew I couldn't slack on laundry too long, but enough for account for ink/pizza sauce/kicked under the bed shirts

@chattadisser -- great point about uniform resale-that helped a lot

I looked at AA and some of their transfer partners for our flights, but all of the AA flights are pretty bad from the east coast. It seems like my best option for flights out there is United. I checked Hawaiian, but we'd have to drive to DC and fly out of DCA, and then we'd still have to connect somewhere else. We can fly United out of RIC with one stop and be there.
SUB of 50k points (worth $500), $100 travel credit (calendar year), $100 TSA pre-screen credit, for $3k MSR and $95 AF. He was getting very offended as it took around two weeks for him to be approved. We have about $9k in expenses coming up for some work we need done outside so was glad he got this card. DH also has platinum status with BoA so he should get a pretty good return on the spend. He did say this is his last card for awhile though. Not sure if we'll save the $500 for travel or just use it to offset some of the expenses but either way we'll take it!
) However, after ending up with dribs and drabs of miles in various accounts, I decided even at a reduced earning rate I'd rather earn in a single currency. I have 4k of BA Avios I have no idea what to do with from a flight I booked years back and wasn't thinking when I added my BA number rather than making an AA account. At the time they had already merged with US Air and eventually those miles would have been combined with my US Air miles and we could have actually booked a flight!
