Just saw Toy Story 4. It was okay. Didn’t love the ending. Now both kids are in bad moods (no clue why) and the dog’s having a panic attack due to thunderstorms. I’m not sure I’m going to survive their teenage years

That was mine and my youngest DD thought, eh. Neither of us liked the ending. Older DD and Dh thought it was fine. I think someone else here said it, I think they should have stopped at 3. There was no need for a TS4, don't beat the franchise into the ground.

That's how I felt about 3. I only saw it the one time in theaters and that was it. I left upset that it was ever made. I love 1 and 2. I was not excited about there being a 4 at all. I reluctantly went because I felt I should take the kids. I definitely liked 4 better than 3. I will probably watch 4 again. Still no desire to watch 3 again.

Things got loud around 6 but then they've been quiet for the last hour+ then it started in all directions. If it wasn't the m80's or m1000's I might not mind as much but I'm just done. I think there's something else because some seem louder that those. Earplugs are out and even if it's quiet out I'm putting them in because I always think I'll fall asleep and be good and never am.

Though I can sleep through stuff. Freshmen year, 1st semester finals week and my roommate was staying with friends and I slept through almost the entire fire alarm. By the time it woke me up and I opened the door and saw no one else leaving. I figured if everyone else was staying so would I. We'd been having a lot of false alarms. Not even 10 min later the alarm stopped and I heard everyone coming back in. Oops. The other time was in hs I think, house across the street and one down burned down and I had the fire truck parked in the cul de sac right outside my window and I slept through the whole thing. I was so confused when my stepdad asked me about it the next morning. But where we live isn't quiet and the fire station is maybe 2 blocks down the street.

For those working tomorrow I hope we all get some sleep. To those that are off, enjoy your long weekend and sleep in for me

Also, my other group are slowly confirming the the Uber trick seems to be dead. Lots of ppl are having issues on how the credit is being used, ie they want to use the expiring uber monthly credit, but it ends up using the non-expiring uber credit. They believe there was some UI changes in the back that doesnt allow it anymore.

Thanks for sharing this sad news, Albort. DD said she was sure she followed the directions, so she's glad to see that she's not alone, but we aren't happy that the loophole may be gone.

Dh always begs me to watch scary movies and I always say no. I get terrible nightmares to the point that I won’t sleep for a week sometime.

Just saw Spider-Man Far from home. I loved it. Tom Holland is the best Spider-Man. Go see it!
Makes me really excited for our Italy trip next spring.

We saw it today too! Loved it! My dd19 is planning her wedding to Tom Holland lol. She’s convinced he’s meant for her. He really is so cute!

Do you think I should book our last night at Cabana to save some $$ and use that day as our water park day? Will HRH transfer our luggage? Should I consider Sapphire Falls instead?

For those that fly out of DCA, where do you typically park? It was a lot cheaper to flight out of there than BWI for my girls getaway but, of course, I have no idea about the airport since it’s a 2 hr drive. We have 6:40 am flight so it will be very early morning for me.

There are varying data points on luggage transfer. I think they typically offer to shuttle you over to the resort with your belongings and then you just tip the driver. But I have seen DPs of them saying they would have your luggage to the new resort by 4 pm (which check-in time) and then you would just pick it up.

We have never actually done a split stay.

Have a terrific time! Hopefully Hagrid's running better. I'll be back to US at the end of the month and again in mid Aug.

We LOVED CB. Walking to VB was awesome and the food court was really good. I also loved the gym. I think that ruined Disney values for me.
