There is no 2 yr/24 month restriction on the CIP or its SUB.
Getting approved for subsequent CIPs requires only that you be under 5/24 and have made no other Chase apps in the previous 30 days (0/30).
Some other guidelines to increase your chance of approval are you should adequately space out your applications for cards that Chase can see from your credit report (personal cards from Chase and other issuers) or that Chase knows about because its their product (Chase personal and biz cards) -- ~3 months is recommended, but the point is to not appear risky like you're hurriedly applying for a bunch of new cards and will leave the banks holding the bag.
Also, keep your overall credit lines on your Chase personal and biz cards in check, less than 50% of the household income you use on your application and even lower the better. Chase is concerned about the amount of credit they've extended you because it's a factor of risk -- you could run up your cards for half of your family income and not be able to pay Chase back. Around 50%, their algorithm starts declining applicants of new credit with the reason that they've already extended you enough credit. Lower than that, and Chase is still feeling generous and your odds of automatic (if not instant) approval without recon increases. Therefore, you should proactively request Chase lower the credit limits on your cards to something that's more reasonable to what you need on that card, and for sock drawered cards reducing credit lines down to $500 or $1000 is fine.
Good luck!
